New Moon Pizzeria and Pub is located in the heart of an expanding Johns Island shopping area with spacious indoor seating for 50 and an outdoor patio. It’s the place to go for great food and fun times.  Specializing in gourmet, thin-crust, Midwest tavern style pizza , We treat our customers to pizza that is different than anything in the Charleston area and most would agree that it is different in a good way.

The entrepreneurial spirit and passion for pizza shared by founders Dave Christopher and Paul “Snappy” Farrell was a catalyst for bringing New Moon to the Charleston area.

New Moon pizza is made with fresh dough, hand-tossed and combined with the finest ingredients; then cooked to perfection in our signature ovens.

Cutting edge pizza creations such as the Baked Potato and the crowd-pleasing Hurricane have been wowing patrons since we opened our doors to the public. For those who desire a more classic pizza, the Original is as one regular constantly proclaims is “the best in town”.

If you are not in the mood for pizza, assuming that’s even possible—we offer more standard fare such as salads, burgers, wings, calzones and sandwiches guaranteeing that you can find something to curb your appetite.  Along with the food menu, we feature a full bar, complete with specialty cocktails and craft beers which will come in handy while you are watching sporting events on one of our many big screen televisions.

New Moon’s team members are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and serving the perfect pizza in a friendly environment.  For busy working families, Take-out and online ordering is also an option.
